Antique circa 1890 sofa - a quintessential french piece. It has lovely floral detail and scalloped edged resting on elegant shaped scroll legs.

The chair has been deconstructed ( as found in Europe) revealing the burlap lining The seat itself has french linen tacked to the edges. Whether left as is or re-upholstered in a pretty faded floral linen it is a true classic!
